 I have painted this scene a few times now, I love painting hares and I love snow so it's a pleasure to combine the two, it sparks romantic images of frosty evenings, still air and the magical glow from the moon

My Father was born in Willenhall, Brum ( Birmingham) even though he left home at 18 he never lost his Brummie accent and slang, he often talked of working on the cut ( Canal)
This paint inspired me to re connect with my english side
